The Gorilla Glass Victus+ is a type of glass that Samsung used on the rear camera, where it was able to withstand a 10-metre drop test with no cracks or scratches. It’s essentially shatterproof, but there’s another benefit: added durability against bumps and drops if you happen to drop your phone while it’s in your pocket or purse.
3. 50-megapixel wide-angle sensor
The Galaxy Z Fold 4 also has a 50-megapixel wide-angle sensor with 12-megapixel ultra-wide and 10-megapixel telephoto sensors, which is capable of 3x optical zoom and 30x Space Zoom. The three lenses provide more options for capturing photos than on other smartphones. This super-powerful camera is unique to the Galaxy Fold. One of the cameras is hidden and is only revealed when you choose to open the camera application. An illuminated ring reveals where the camera is and hides it again once the app is closed.
