Hey, we're Unlocked and we like to buy all things used.

Are you one of those people who normally only buys brand new things? That's not us. It used to be, but we changed.

That's where the idea for Unlocked came from. The creators of this website decided to stop wasting money on a new phone every 12 months and looked at alternatives. Saving money is now on a lot of people's minds given the cost of living crisis. And forking out £50 a month for the latest shiny iPhone seems a bit old hat.

Instead, consider buying a refurbished or "unlocked" mobile phone. You may even surprise yourself, plus you'll be saving the environment too. Okay, so you're only one person out of 7 billion but every little helps, as they say. Your purse or wallet will probably thank you, too - because buying a used handset can save you around £380 on average.
